We have all of the sheets and towels for you, but we do not have any beach towels, so you might want to bring those yourself.

Where are the keys to get in?
Once you make your reservation, he will give you a list of helpful things, including trash days and where the keys are.

How many bedrooms do you have and how many does it sleep?
We have two bedrooms upstairs and a twin bedroom downstairs. It sleeps six comfortably.

Why are you so much less than other rentals on Tang-O-Mar?
The house was built in the late 1940s and it is starting to show its age a bit. Part of the hall floor has dropped an inch or so and the upstairs show has had to be turned off, but there is a downstairs and outside shower you can use. The house is very clean and nice, but it is starting to reveal more if its “character.”

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a $150 deposit to hold your date and the $895 plus tax is required before your reservation date. After the cleaning and housekeeping chores are done, the deposit will be refunded.

Is there an additional fee for housekeeping?
No, that is a part of your rental price, but we will have to deduct part or all of your deposit for any damages and/or missing items.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We need a 30 day cancellation notice, or you will lose your deposit.

What if a hurricane comes and we have to cancel?
We offer hurricane insurance, which is an additional $200. In the event of a hurricane within 100 miles of Destin, we will refund 100% of your rental fee.

No, it is only for the week, and if you do want to rent a partial week, we would charge you a full week’s rental.
